Welcome to Edument!
Acke Salem and Tore Nestenius, Eduments founders
A tech/knowledge based company founded in 2010, based in Helsingborg, Sweden. With our specialist knowledge of different technologies, we help both international enterprises and local startups with complex IT projects, system developer training and developing/realising business ideas through our Techhub.
Our core is mentorship and courses in software developing, but as our clients' need have broadened, so have our business areas. Last year we created and opened up our Techhub for Startups. Our skills have also continued to attract several large clients with complex IT challenges.
What makes us at Edument special is our hunger for learning new things. It doesn't matter if it is learning about new technologies within our field or how the 3D printer works. This hunger also shows in our employees' spare time projects, e.g. Comma IDE, the PC game Cathedral, AI solutions for solving a Rubik's Cube as well as Open source projects and VR experiences.
We believe in knowledge. By sharing ours and taking part of others', we can make a difference!
Edument AB was founded in 2010 by Acke Salem and Tore Nestenius in Helsingborg, Sweden. They first met at a conference and starting discussing the lack of services within the educational sector that included both education and mentorship. And that is exactly what gave our company its name; the combination of EDUcation and MENTorship.
