Woody Zuill, a Programmer, Senior Consultant, Trainer, and Agile Coach and Guide, has been programming computers for 37+ years, and guiding process improvement and Agile Teams for nearly 20 years. He is the originator and pioneer of the Mob Programming approach to teamwork in software development, and is considered one of the founders of the "#NoEstimates" discussion on Twitter.

Woody has provided workshops, training, and consulting on Teamwork, Mob Programming, and other Agile and Lean topics all over the world for hundreds of teams at numerous firms including JP Morgan, Airbus, IKEA, Volvo, Scania, Ericsson, ABB, Tom Tom, and Intel.

In conjunction with Agile New England he helps organize the annual Mob Programming Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, and is a frequent speaker and keynote presenter at Agile, Lean, and Software development conferences internationally.
