The purposes of the treatment 

The information is needed for us to be able to administer your course registration, your participation in various events and to fulfill other obligations that according to Edument's statutes are incumbent on us towards you as a customer. As a customer, you get i.a. information about customer activities, offers, events and other information about the company's operations.


The personal information you provide to us will not be passed on, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organizations or individuals without your consent.

Our sole purpose in collecting and saving the information is to be able to provide you with optimal service.


When you register to receive our newsletter, we collect your e-mail address. The information is processed to send you our newsletter and offers regarding our services via e-mail and the processing is based on the consent you give when you register. We will continue to process your email address for this purpose until the newsletter is completed or until you revoke your consent, which is most easily done through the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter.

Email marketing to company representatives

We may process your email address, your name and your title if you are a representative of a company working in an area where we offer training or our services. We process this information to market training or services that we deem relevant to you in your professional role, via e-mail. The treatments are based on the fact that we have a legitimate interest in marketing our services to potential stakeholders. If you do not want us to process your information for these purposes, you are welcome to let us know or click on the unsubscribe link contained in the marketing materials we send out. The treatment lasts until you have refused to receive the marketing or until we no longer judge that the marketing is relevant to you in your professional role.

Extradition to another 

The personal data may for the same purpose as stated above, in addition to Edument, be processed by another organization / partner. This is only for us to be able to fulfill our obligations / obligations towards our customers and which exist in accordance with statutes, laws or other statutes.

Ordering training

When you order a training from us, we process your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number and your address. The processing takes place to book a place at the training, to complete the training, to handle complaints, to provide important information regarding the training before the performance and to issue an invoice. The treatments are necessary to be able to fulfill the agreement you make with us to participate in training. The treatment lasts until 2 years have passed from the time the training has been performed, from the time full payment has been received and any processes related to the training have been completed. 

After you have participated in a training organized by us, we process your name and e-mail address to send out a questionnaire survey regarding your experience of the training. The treatment is based on the fact that we have a legitimate interest in collecting opinions about our educations in order to improve them. The treatment lasts until 2 years have passed since the education. 

After you have participated in a training organized by us, we process your name and e-mail address to send out information about other training we organize via email. The treatment is based on the fact that we have a legitimate interest in marketing other, relevant, educations to you who have participated in an education. The treatment lasts until 2 years have passed since the education.

Information about processing of personal data, correction etc. 

You have the right to request:  

a. Access to your personal information. This means that you have the right to request an extract from the register of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data.  

b. Correction of your personal data. We will, at your request, correct the incorrect or incomplete information we process about you as soon as possible.

c. Deletion of your personal data. This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.  

d.Restriction of treatment. This means that your personal data is marked so that it may only be processed for certain limited purposes.  

e. Withdrawal of consent. If treatment is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

We will notify each recipient to whom the personal data has been disclosed of any corrections or deletion of data as well as restrictions on the processing of data. You have the right to request data portability. This means a right to, under certain conditions, obtain and transfer your personal data in a structured, generally used and machine-readable format to another personal data controller.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out on the basis of a balance of interests. If you object to such treatment, we will only continue the treatment if there are legitimate reasons for the treatment that outweigh your interests.

You have the right to submit any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Data Inspectorate.


Edument can not be held responsible for data in the customer database in the event of; sabotage, hacking or other events beyond our control.


According to the Electronic Communications Act, we are obliged to inform you that our website uses cookies. We also have an obligation to give the visitor the opportunity  to give their consent to the use of Cookies.

A cookie is a small text file (usually less than 1 KB) that is stored on your computer and stores information. Cookies are used, among other things, to improve the website for you as a user.  

Our use of cookies

Our website uses the friendly variant of cookies, so-called session cookies. When you are browsing a website, session cookies are sent between your computer and our server in order to exchange information. We do not save any personal information via session cookies. Session cookies are not stored permanently in your computer, but disappear when you close your browser. If the conditions change, we reserve the right to adjust the course / event price, duration, start date or cancel the event.



When you have booked a course / event, you will receive a booking confirmation to the e-mail address you have entered.


Course hours

Our courses are usually given: 9.00-17.00. For more detailed information and schedule, see the summons sent to the specified e-mail address. It contains, among other things, times and addresses. This is usually sent to you two weeks before the course starts. If you have not received it, contact us.


Interruption of education

Edument AB has the right to cancel a non-commenced course, regardless of the reason for it. If Edument AB has to cancel a course that has already begun, in the event of illness, for example, Edument AB shall, as far as possible, ensure that the customer prioritises a place at the next subsequent course opportunity. The customer is not entitled to any additional compensation as a result of the course being canceled or canceled.


You can cancel your reserved course booking up to 15 working days before the course starts. If canceled with less than 15 working days until the start of the course, the course fee will be charged. With the exception of illness that is confirmed by a medical certificate. Remember that you can leave your place to a colleague!


Prices and payment

For scheduled courses, on site in classrooms, coffee and course materials are always included. Our full-day courses also include lunch. The prices of our courses and educations are stated in Swedish kronor excluding VAT. The VAT is 25% for all courses and educations. At checkout you can see the total price including VAT.

Choice of payment method

- Invoice

When selecting Invoice, it is sent via email or post to the specified invoice address in connection with the order being placed. The invoice has a due date of 30 days. If the course is canceled, the customer will be refunded with a credit receipt for our training.
